Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and adherence to standardized work processes.
• Identify and report deviations from quality standards while collaborating with production teams for corrective actions.
• Participate in emergency response during equipment failures to minimize operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.
• Conduct safety checks and guarantee that all components meet required standards to prevent hazards.
• Monitoring and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and quality output.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on production equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, including repairs and schedules.

Education:
Technical High School diploma or related field.

Experience:
1-3 years relevant experience in a similar role.

• Familiarity with QC Seven Tools, SPC, and AQL sampling standards.
• Ability to use inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Education: A Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; technical qualifications may be acceptable for manufacturing positions with relevant experience.

• Major: Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with QC Seven Tools (*, histograms, cause-and-effect diagrams), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and AQL sampling standards.
• Ability to using inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and similar tools.
• Basic data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends through quality reports and drive improvements.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with production and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify quality anomalies and ensure timely closure.
