Key Responsibilities

• Receive and greet visitors and clients, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
• Make internal calls to gather necessary information.
• Arrange and manage appointment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors and clients.
• Adhere strictly to established procedural guides and company policies.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a reception or customer-facing role. A professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential for this position.
