About the Receptionist Role at Flag Performance
Flag Performance is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to the smooth operation of the front office and provide essential support to visitors and staff. The salary range for this role is SAR 1,875 - SAR 3,750.
Core Purpose of the Position
The primary objective of the Receptionist is to ensure a welcoming and efficient front-office environment. This involves managing initial interactions with visitors and clients, handling communications, and maintaining an organized reception area to support overall company operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring efficient transfers and message handling.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide basic information about Flag Performance.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings as required.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized records of documents and messages.
- Ensure the reception area and front office are consistently clean and organized.
- Support with minor administrative tasks, such as report preparation or data entry, when needed.
- Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism at all times.
- Handle any emergencies or client complaints efficiently and professionally.
Required Qualifications and Experience
This role is suitable for individuals with limited prior experience in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience level: 0-1 years.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills.
- Good communication abilities.
Work Environment and Details
