Receptionist

A receptionist is required who enjoys eloquence and good dealing, to work full-time according to the shifts system. The employee will be responsible for performing daily reception tasks and ensuring a distinguished experience for visitors and customers. Main tasks: • Receiving visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner. • Answering phone calls and transferring them to the relevant departments. • Organizing appointments and recording visitor data. • Responding to general inquiries and providing basic administrative support. • Maintaining the organization of the reception area and applying club standards. Conditions and requirements: • A high school diploma as a minimum. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various categories of customers. • Commitment to deadlines and the ability to work on a shift system (morning and evening). • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs. • Previous experience in the reception field is preferred.
