We are looking for a receptionist and salon supervisor who is professional, well-organized, and capable of managing daily tasks efficiently.

Job responsibilities:

▫️ Manage the reception, greet clients, and provide a unique experience from the first visit
▫️ Answer calls and messages, organize bookings and appointments (4 days a week as a receptionist)
▫️ Supervise the workflow inside the salon and monitor service quality and team commitment (4 hours daily as a supervisor)
▫️ Follow up on daily operations, organize tasks, and coordinate with the team to ensure professional workflow
▫️ Handle inquiries and direct them appropriately while maintaining an organized and professional work environment


Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and politeness in dealing with clients
Organized personality and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
Responsibility and good judgment in a fast-paced work environment
Attention to detail and professional appearance
Previous experience in reception or salon field is preferred
