1. Welcoming customers: Receiving clients with a friendly smile and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed. 2. Managing reservations and waiting: Organizing table bookings and effectively managing waiting lists. 3. Taking orders: Accurately and professionally taking customer orders and ensuring they are recorded correctly. 4. Providing information: Supplying customers with information about the drink and food menu and special offers. 5. Handling payments: Receiving payments, issuing invoices, and dealing with different payment methods. 6. Coordinating with other staff: Communicating with the cooking and service team to ensure customer requests are met quickly and to a high standard. 7. Maintaining cleanliness: Assisting in keeping the reception and waiting area clean. 8. Resolving problems and complaints: Dealing with any inquiries or complaints in a professional and friendly manner and working to resolve them quickly. 9. Managing correspondence and special requests: Coordinating special requests or modifications requested by customers. 10. Monitoring customer satisfaction: Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service and providing suggestions to improve the experience.
