In this key role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of hiring overseas candidates, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and facilitating the deployment of candidates. This position is essential for supporting the manpower requirements of facility management operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment processes with overseas agencies for sourcing blue-collar manpower.
  • Prepare and attest demand letters and handle timely submissions to embassies.
  • Negotiate terms with recruitment agencies and provide salary quotations to sales teams.
  • Conduct initial screening of CVs and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
  • Liaise for candidate selection, verification of documents, and manage onboarding processes.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare reports on hiring status.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with visa processing and related procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
