Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to test, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of home appliances, including air conditioning, refrigeration systems, electrical, and electromechanical components, as well as small home appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply technical knowledge to test, repair, and install air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, and electromechanical products at both the service center and customer locations.
  • Perform service tasks in a timely manner, following product specifications and service manuals.
  • Request and coordinate required spare parts to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Accurately document spare parts usage in repair reports and company systems.
  • Test repaired or installed units to ensure optimal performance under real operating conditions.
  • Obtain customer confirmation on product performance after completing home service repairs.
  • Collect service fees from customers and submit them to the service center within the same or next working day.
  • Visit customer locations to diagnose issues and perform on-site repairs.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in repairing home appliances.
  • A valid driving license is an advantage.

Experience Required: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
