Join our dynamic team at Centro Hotels by Rotana as a Reservations Agent! We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused revenue professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients via phone, letter, or fax.
  • Record all pertinent information into our system and manage inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
  • Stay informed about promotions in and around the hotel and process all room reservations, rates, confirmations, etc. according to established procedures.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all correspondence and prepare reports as required by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
  • Promote and maintain good public relations while maximizing business opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate room status at all times and answer incoming calls per Rotana standards.
  • Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy and identify upselling opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A diploma/degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations is required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • A customer-focused, proactive personality with a courteous and dynamic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and establish effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
