Position Summary:
The Reservations Agent is responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail. Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying guest reservation needs and determining the appropriate room type.
  • Verifying the availability of room types and rates.
  • Explaining guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
  • Accommodating and documenting special requests.
  • Answering questions regarding property facilities and services.
  • Inputting and accessing data in the reservation system accurately.
  • Following proper escalation procedures for guest concerns.

In this role, you’ll also be expected to maintain a professional appearance, protect guest and company information, and develop positive working relationships with team members and guests.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
  • Supervisory Experience: None necessary.
