Reservations Agent

Join Our Team as a Reservation Agent!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team at Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts. In this role, you will assist customers in booking reservations for travel, accommodations, or events, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in making reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues during the reservation process.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless coordination of reservations.
• Stay updated on current promotions to provide customers with the best options.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and online booking platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
