About the role:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage the profit and loss of the operations, and ensure every guest interaction reflects our brand's promise of quality, care, and consistency.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Achieve operational objectives across sales, service, safety, quality, hygiene, and facility appearance.
  • Support team members where needed to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:
  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge on handling restaurant operations.
  • Technical Skills: Computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English language is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of solid experience in the Food & Beverages industry.
