Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Contract Type: Full-time
Work Location: Jeddah Industrial City

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement the sales plan approved by management for the monthly and annual periods.
  • Visit customers (wholesalers, distributors, retail outlets) periodically and follow up on their needs.
  • Present the company's products of canned foods and tomato sauce in a professional manner that reflects the quality of the brand.
  • Prepare price quotes, raise orders, and follow up on delivery and invoicing processes.
  • Follow up on financial collections from customers within the specified periods, ensuring accuracy and integrity of operations.
  • Handle customer issues and follow up on complaints to ensure their complete satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, collections, market status, and competitors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (warehousing, finance, distribution) to ensure orders are executed efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving the company's overall sales objectives and increasing its market share.

Qualifications and Required Experience:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in the field of food sales or consumer goods.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer interaction skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and sales programs (Excel – ERP – CRM).
  • Ability to work in the field and move within the specified work area.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
