Cooling Funoon, established in 2016, specializes in designing, installing, and maintaining a variety of air conditioning systems. Based in Jeddah, our dedicated team of over 50 mechanical engineers and air conditioning specialists deliver high-quality HVAC solutions.
Role Overview
This full-time, on-site role allows you to contribute to our growth by driving sales and providing excellent technical support to our clients. You will prepare proposals for HVAC solutions, maintain customer satisfaction, and build long-term client relationships by offering pre-sales and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and provide technical support to clients.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for HVAC solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend the most suitable HVAC solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams for tailored service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and HVAC-related technical support.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with HVAC systems like Package units, DX split units, and VRF systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and sales CRM software is an advantage.
