Sales Engineer

About the Role

Canatek is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team in Jeddah, Western Region. This full-time role focuses on driving sales of industrial solutions within the Assembly & Automotive Sector. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling Pneumatic & Electrical Tools, Collaborative Robots (Cobots), and Material Handling Systems to enhance production efficiency, safety, and automation in manufacturing environments.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to identify customer needs within the manufacturing sector and provide tailored technical solutions. The role involves direct engagement with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated automation and material handling systems. This position contributes directly to revenue growth in the manufacturing segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients, including production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Identify customer pain points and provide customized solutions using the company's portfolio of tools, cobots, and handling systems.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site evaluations to support the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver integrated automation and material handling solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the manufacturing segment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Technical skills relevant to industrial solutions, pneumatic & electrical tools, collaborative robots, and material handling systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, within the Western Region. The role involves working with manufacturing clients on-site and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
