Role Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for the commissioning and startup of Flowserve valve products, including providing technical support and generating significant service revenue. You will engage in site visits and hands-on troubleshooting while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Commission and start-up Flowserve valve products at customer sites.
• Provide operational support for all digital products including POSITIONERS and STARPACs.
• Conduct calibration and FAT/SAT tests as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients and your team to streamline workflows.
• Train customers on product capabilities and conduct on-site support.
• Generate over $500K in service-related business through your daily activities.

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation or Mechanical, with 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential. Ability to work in teams and lead customer visits effectively is desired.

Role Purpose:
In this role, you will be responsible for performing top-of-funnel prospecting and lead-generation activities to create opportunities for the sales team. Your successful sales will ensure business continuity and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning:
  • Create top-of-funnel sales opportunities through outbound cold calling to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on all inbound leads and customer requests to pre-qualify prospects.
  • Set appointments for the Department Head with qualified prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify key commercial and industrial clients within the KSA market.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate database of prospects and leads.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Log technical requests and track site visit appointments.
  • Coordinate with Legal & Finance as needed.
  • Follow up on requests with the appointed Design Engineer.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies for necessary project approvals.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare weekly reports and status updates on opportunities and projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and correspondence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years of sales experience
