Role Overview:
Al Nawras Resort is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead its sales operations and contribute to sustained revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team, while working closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across all segments.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to design promotions, packages, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, brand standards, and international hospitality best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hotel sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a luxury or five-star hotel or resort environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
