Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all commercial activities including sales, marketing, and business development.
- Manage and expand customer relationships across wholesale, retail, and export channels.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and distributors.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Supervise brand development, marketing content, advertising, and promotions.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Set and track KPIs for sales performance and marketing ROI.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior commercial, sales, or marketing role within the fresh produce sector.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of perishables logistics, supply chain, and market dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
