At Badia Farms, the Middle East's first high-tech indoor vertical farm, we are committed to revolutionizing the agricultural industry and ensuring food security in the region. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Sales Manager who will lead our commercial activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all commercial activities including sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Manage and expand customer relationships across wholesale, retail, and export channels.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and distributors.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Supervise brand development, marketing content, advertising, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Set and track KPIs for sales performance and marketing ROI.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and food safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior commercial, sales, or marketing role within the fresh produce sector.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of perishables logistics, supply chain, and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
