About the Sales Manager Role
Yuwell Global is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on driving the growth of Yuwell's medical device business within local markets. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in sales management and a strong understanding of the medical device sector.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing local sales plans to meet monthly and annual targets. This includes identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders such as hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and other B2B partners. The role involves promoting and selling Yuwell's range of medical devices, including respiratory, diagnostic, and rehabilitation products. Additionally, the Sales Manager will conduct product demonstrations, provide training, and educate customers. Market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing insights will need to be collected and analyzed. Sales reports and forecasts will be prepared using CRM tools. Ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies is also a critical aspect of this role. Collaboration with headquarters on logistics, marketing campaigns, and after-sales service will be essential.
Required Experience and Expertise
Candidates must possess relevant experience in the medical device sector, specifically with products such as blood pressure monitors, digital thermometers, CPAP/BPAP devices, nebulizers, CGM systems, or BGM systems. Strong key account management experience is essential, particularly in managing major OTC pharmacy chains and cultivating long-term customer relationships. A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry sales experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have 5-10 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
A Bachelor's degree or higher is required for this position. Strong business acumen and effective communication skills are necessary. A medical background or familiarity with respiratory and homecare products is preferred. Candidates should be results-oriented, self-disciplined, and possess local mobility. Priority will be given to applicants from the ventilator, oxygen concentrator, and nebulizer industries.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the ability to operate effectively within the local market.
