As part of our team, you will oversee and direct our nationwide sales operations, ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets while fostering long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed company goals.
  • Oversee and lead a nationwide sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Set sales targets and create detailed plans including target groups and marketing tactics.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with major clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for strategic planning.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and opportunities.
  • Provide timely solutions aligned with clients' needs to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development for brand consistency.
  • Review and monitor sales reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Train and develop the sales team for optimal performance.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Understanding of various sales strategies, tactics, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for maintaining client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the company's products to communicate their value effectively.
  • Understanding of financial management principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably with nationwide teams.
