About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans that meet and exceed revenue targets. You will lead a talented team of real estate sales professionals while driving client relationships and maintaining Bayut's strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and lead the sales team, providing training and skill enhancement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring excellent client experiences.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Handle key client accounts and negotiate high-value transactions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the real estate industry or relevant property sales.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills in market trends and sales data.
  • Fluent in English.
