This role is critical in achieving our budgeted volume and margin for Almarai products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve weekly distribution targets across all trade channels while optimizing sales to increase market share.
  • Monitor product orders to align with market demand, controlling wastage to optimize sales.
  • Ensure customer compliance with company credit policies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Uphold Almarai’s quality and safety policies, ensuring both product quality and employee safety.
  • Identify training needs for supervisors and provide necessary training inputs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • Experience in budget preparation and planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to business needs and implement new plans.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry routines.
  • Strong competencies in team management, leadership, and goal attainment.
