Role Description:
This is a full-time Sales Manager role, based in Jeddah, requiring on-site presence. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop strategies to meet revenue targets, and build and sustain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, setting goals, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales Management (Wholesale Customers)
Coordination with Production & Supply Chain
Inventory & Product Performance Monitoring
Budget & Profitability Management

Qualifications:
Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management; Strong Analytical Skills, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning abilities; Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills; Experience in Team Leadership and Performance Management; Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Knowledge of local market dynamics and fluency in Arabic and English are highly desirable.
