About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with strong experience in packaging, manufacturing, and sales leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales operations, managing teams, and driving revenue growth across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to align sales with packaging and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in packaging, manufacturing, and sales management.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in both B2B & B2C sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
