Sales Representative

Job Title:

Sales Consultant – Car Leasing Financing

Job Objective:

Achieving sales targets by marketing and selling car leasing financing products to individuals or companies, building strong relationships with customers and car dealerships, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and adhering to credit policies.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Promoting car leasing financing products (lease-to-own / operational leasing).
• Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
• Completing sales transactions from presenting the offer to signing the contract.
• Building relationships with car dealerships and agents to enhance sales opportunities.
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collecting and analyzing initial customer data and submitting financing requests.
• Coordinating with credit and operations departments to expedite approvals.
• Following up on the status of requests and informing customers of updates.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures and regulatory systems.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and post-sale service.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in car sales or financing.
• Previous experience in financing companies or banks is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent communication skills and high customer service.
• Knowledge of financing and leasing fundamentals.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.

• Achieving sales targets (number of contracts / financing value).
• Customer conversion rate.
• Processing time for requests.
• Customer satisfaction level.
• Number of partnerships with car dealerships.

Work Environment:

• Field and office work (visiting car dealerships and customers).
• Work may require weekends depending on nature.
