We are looking for a talented female employee to join our team in Jeddah. She will contribute to guiding sellers and buyers in marketing and selling properties at competitive prices and under the best available conditions.
Job Requirements:
1- Identifying customer needs and their financial capabilities.
2- Managing the negotiation process with clients and developers.
3- Creating and seizing sales opportunities.
4- Regular and daily coordination with financing entities and being familiar with the details.
5- Analyzing the market and estimating customer needs in the appropriate manner.
6- Preparing and documenting contracts with owners and clients.
7- Following up on sales processes and searching for properties and conducting field visits.
8- Completing deals and achieving the required goals.
9- Writing daily reports + complete knowledge of the real estate market and dealing with CRM systems.
10- Politeness and respect for colleagues.

You must have the ability to communicate effectively and motivate the team. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the same field and must hold a bachelor's degree or a higher diploma.
