We are looking for an active, organized person who excels in communication skills to join our sales team and provide a professional and distinguished experience for customers.


Job Responsibilities:

Responding to customer calls and inquiries in accordance with the company's policy.

Responding to customer messages via WhatsApp.

Recording customer data and tracking their status in the CRM system.

Periodic follow-up with customers to ensure the best experience.

Daily and periodic communication with current and potential customers.


Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Proficiency in using CRM or equivalent systems to organize work and follow up on cases.

Ability to organize tasks and maintain accuracy in follow-up.

English language proficiency

Initiative and attention to detail.

• 🗓 Program duration: Intensive training month
