We are looking for a talented female employee to join our team in Jeddah. She will contribute to guiding sellers and buyers in marketing and selling properties at competitive prices and the best available conditions.

The job requirements include:

1- Identifying customer needs and their financial capabilities.

2- Conducting negotiations and consultations regarding market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

3- Analyzing the market to estimate the value of properties.

4- Preparing legal documents such as sale and lease contracts and ownership contracts.

5- Managing properties and managing auctions.

6- Assisting appraisers and lenders in sales procedures.

7- Writing daily reports on activities and sales.

You must have the ability to communicate effectively and motivate the team. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the same field, and they must have a bachelor's degree or a higher diploma.
