Role Overview:
This role focuses on supporting commercial growth by:

• Achieving sales growth and meeting monthly targets
• Expanding the customer base and attracting new clients
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Providing a professional sales experience that reflects the brand identity

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales goals and performance indicators (KPIs)
• Attracting new clients in the wholesale and retail market
• Strengthening relationships with existing clients
• Presenting and showcasing products in a professional and convincing manner
• Negotiating and successfully closing deals
• Monitoring market and competitors
• Providing excellent post-sale customer service
• Preparing periodic reports on sales and performance

• Prior sales experience (preferably in perfumes, oud, or luxury products)

Join Napco National as a Sales Specialist!
In this role, you will be responsible for selling the company's diverse range of products to assigned customers, following group channel guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing feedback on competition activities and submitting suggestions for retaliation if necessary.
• Preparing special order requests (Prices, Designs, approvals, Orders, MOQs) and securing necessary approvals.
• Collecting invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
• Maintaining professionalism in business relations with customers.
• Revisiting lost customers to explore opportunities for regaining business.
• Opening new accounts and ensuring all documentation is valid.
• Training customers on using the Napco platform.
• Handling customer complaints and preparing QRAs.

This position requires dedication to customer service and proactive engagement in the sales process to achieve targets.
