We at Raz Almasiah Real Estate Company are looking for a real estate sales specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This opportunity provides creative talents a chance to shine in the real estate sector through its dynamic and motivating environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Building and expanding the network of real estate brokers.
  • Presenting real estate offers and managing relationships with brokers.
  • Following up with current clients until deals are completed.
  • Organizing meetings and preparing periodic reports.
  • Professionally presenting real estate offers for ready units and off-plan projects.

Required Skills:
  • Quick communication and effective interaction with clients and brokers.
  • Organizational skills and good time management.
  • High communication and persuasion skills and building professional relationships.
  • The ability to achieve sales goals and work as a team.
  • Documentation and report preparation skills.

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience of no less than two years in sales of ready units or off-plan sales or managing brokers.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market for residential units in Jeddah.
