Job Purpose:
The Senior Product Specialist holds the responsibility for strategically developing and promoting specific products within the company's portfolio. This pivotal role entails identifying market opportunities, enhancing product market share, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Strategic Contribution: Spearheading product promotion efforts, leading market analysis initiatives, engaging with product development teams, orchestrating product launches, and monitoring product performance metrics.
  • Leadership: Offering mentorship and coaching to junior team members, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, addressing challenges during product development, and effectively communicating strategies to senior leadership.
  • Operational: Monitoring KPIs related to product development and promotion, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and overseeing project management from initiation to completion.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 35 years in Surgical/Medical Endoscopy or operating room.
Skills: Product Management, Data and Market Analysis, Communication and Negotiation, Time Management, and Presentation Skills.
