Are you passionate about sales and hospitality? As a Cluster Sales Executive, you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate future business for our hotels.

What will you do?
You will be responsible for:
  • Identifying new business leads through market analysis
  • Developing customer accounts to enhance business for the hotel
  • Negotiating room rates/packages with corporate clients
  • Creating and implementing local marketing strategies, including on social media
  • Preparing company contracts based on business conditions
  • Cooperating with hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Attending sales events and producing timely reports for management

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. A proven sales background and flexibility in work situations are essential.
