  • Strong skills in leading technical workshops with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical, negotiation, and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Zoho) and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and pressured work environment.
  • Leadership qualities with effective communication skills and the ability to build strategic relationships.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in project management/Agile are a plus (such as SAFe Agile or PMP).
