🎯 Job Description:
We are looking for a group of competencies in the fields of real estate marketing and sales and the hospitality sector, who have the ability to reach customers and convert them into actual bookings, and contribute to increasing the occupancy rate and achieving growth.

🧩 Main Responsibilities:
  • Attracting new clients for monthly rentals (individuals and companies)
  • Marketing the units through various channels
  • Building relationships with companies to provide Corporate Housing
  • Following up with clients and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Working to achieve occupancy and revenue targets

✅ Requirements:
  • Experience of not less than 3 years in one of the following fields: real estate marketing, hospitality sector, related sales
  • Ability to reach customers and build effective relationships
  • High communication and persuasion skills
  • Bachelor's degree
