Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads.
  • Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business.
  • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.
  • Implement creative local marketing channels, including social media.
  • Prepare contracts in accordance with current business conditions.
  • Cooperate with other departments to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Produce accurate reports for senior management.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements:
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to high levels of customer service and excellent grooming standards.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of closing sales.
