We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to handle various administrative tasks. As a Secretary, your responsibilities will include:
  • Following up on the implementation status of decisions issued by management.
  • Drafting administrative correspondence for various external parties.
  • Organizing the schedule for conferences and interviews.
  • Attending to guest requirements and managing the meeting schedule.
  • Preparing necessary documents for submitting price quotations.
  • Following up on the company's qualification process with both governmental and private entities.
  • Monitoring and updating the company’s official website and social media accounts.
  • Managing the company’s email correspondence and responding in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or Business Administration.
- Female, born in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Secretary (preferred).
- English proficiency required.
