Join Ithra Design as an Administrative Secretary
We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Secretary/Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and design teams in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative & Executive Support:
    • Manage schedules, meetings, and agendas.
    • Handle confidential documents with discretion.
    • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries.
    • Coordinate between different teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist in preparing project documents, presentations, and proposals.
    • Track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Office Management:
    • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
    • Ensure an aesthetically pleasing workspace.
  • Document Control:
    • Create structured filing systems for design projects.
    • Track revisions of architectural drawings.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years in administration or secretarial work.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and cloud-based systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to undertake business travel to various locations, as necessary.
