Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Secretary role located in Jeddah. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks including managing schedules, handling company correspondence, and supporting senior executives. Additional duties include maintaining records and providing assistance for company documentation while liaising directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure inquiries are addressed effectively and professionally.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in clerical skills such as managing schedules, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is an advantage.
