Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to operating systems and networks.
  • Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and support cases in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in maintaining IT inventory, software licenses, and asset tracking.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system updates and security protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and best practices.
  • Participate in IT projects and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Technical Diploma in IT or Technical Support.
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in the same field.
