Tasks and Responsibilities: Welcoming customers in a courteous manner. Accurately and quickly taking customer orders. Preparing and delivering orders according to the establishment's standards. Handling payment transactions (cash / point of sale). Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and customer lounge. Adhering to food health and safety procedures. Cooperating with the team to ensure smooth workflow. Handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma as a minimum. Previous experience in the restaurant or customer service field is preferred. Good communication skills and good customer interaction. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends. Physical fitness suitable for the nature of the work. Having a valid municipal card (preferred). Required Skills: Quick learning. Team spirit.
