Role Overview:
The Waiter will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer experiences by managing orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a friendly atmosphere.
• Taking and serving orders accurately and promptly.
• Providing menu recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to facilitate efficient food service.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is advantageous.

A food server (waiter) is required to provide excellent service to customers, take orders, and serve meals and drinks professionally. The role requires the ability to interact with customers politely and respectfully, maintain the cleanliness of the designated area, and assist customers in choosing suitable meals from the menu. The suitable candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a smile and friendliness in interactions.
