As a Waiter/ess (Server) at Hilton, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner while showcasing extensive knowledge of our menu offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest queries efficiently and with a friendly demeanor.
  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing regulations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and hotel services.
  • Ensure that all service stations are well stocked for efficient operations.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Follow Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code and personal hygiene.

What We Are Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a commitment to high levels of customer service, and excellent grooming standards. Additionally, flexibility and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage department or industry.
  • Previous experience in cash handling.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
