Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests politely and warmly.
• Present menus and provide comprehensive information about menu items.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve orders in a timely manner, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Check on guest satisfaction and address any issues professionally.
• Clear and reset tables for incoming guests.
• Prepare dining areas prior to service (arranging tables, linens, cutlery, etc.).
• Process payments accurately (cash, card, or room charge).
• Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.

Requirements:
- High School or General Educational Degree (GED).
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of hotel and restaurant management, food & beverage offerings, and POS system.

• Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to the hotel's performance standards.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
• Consistently monitor the quality of Food & Beverage being served.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and service equipment.
