Key Responsibilities:

Handle guests’ inquiries courteously and efficiently, and report any complaints to supervisors for immediate resolution.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
Ensure that guests have an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience by adhering to the outlet’s sequence of service.
Assist guests by providing detailed information about menu items, including preparation, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Prepare dining tables, setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware, and escort guests to their tables.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Higher Secondary School certificate.
Previous experience as a Waiter, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Ability to adapt and appreciate cultural diversity.
Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work well under pressure.

Must have experience in the building materials industry or a similar field.
Demonstrated success in working within a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment while maintaining LIXIL's quality and reputation for excellence.
Proven experience in managing external relationships with various stakeholders.
Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic are required; other languages are considered a plus.
