Job Summary:
As a Waiter at Shangri-La Jeddah, you will not only greet and serve our esteemed guests but also ensure they enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your role will involve:

• Understanding the menu and dishes prepared.
• Providing menu suggestions to guests.
• Taking orders and serving with love and care.
• Creating memorable guest experiences and 'wow' moments.
• Preparing the restaurant for service.
• Coordinating seamlessly with the culinary team.
• Ensuring accurate billing and financial procedures.
• Supporting fellow colleagues and supervisors for smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent conversational skills to engage with guests.
• Strong proficiency in English.

• A minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter in 5-star hotels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Key responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, explaining menu items and daily specials, processing payments efficiently, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment while demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests and ensures they are attended to.

• Liaises with the Supervisor and Assistant Manager regarding guest charges.
