About The Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the outlet team, managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, and driving revenue through effective strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality meets Four Seasons standards.
• Leading and motivating the outlet team, providing guidance and regular performance feedback.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to refine the outlet's menu.
• Managing inventory and supplier relationships, ensuring stock levels and quality control.
• Monitoring budgets and controlling costs while optimizing revenue opportunities.
• Handling guest feedback professionally to maintain satisfaction levels.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Hospitality Management or related fields, with proven experience as an Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of food and beverage operations are essential. Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.

General Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or relevant fields from a recognized university.

Position: Mechanical Technician

About the Role:
As a Mechanical Technician at ACWA Power, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable operation of mechanical machinery. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, modification, overhauling, and installation activities in line with our operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Monitor the physical condition of machines and report issues to the Mechanical Supervisor.
• Respond to mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using technical manuals and diagrams.
• Check stock levels of spare parts for effective inventory control.
• Document maintenance activities and update logs for reference.

Qualifications:

• A technical certificate / Associate’s Diploma in Mechanical maintenance.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a plant environment.

Skills:

• Practical knowledge of relevant plant equipment and mechanical maintenance principles.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Awareness of HSE and quality standards.
