The National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management (FHM) is seeking a motivated Admin Officer for our Medina office. As a full-time, on-site team member, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Organize meetings and handle scheduling for staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and facilitate effective communication within the organization.
  • Assist with customer service-related inquiries and provide student support services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong skills in General Administration and Administrative Assistance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in organization skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
