Job Overview:
As a cleaning supervisor, your responsibility will be to support the cleaning department by ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This job requires a high level of commitment to the required standards. You will do the following:
  • Distribute tasks among team members.
  • Conduct routine inspections of all confirmed rooms and inspections in occupied rooms.
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.
  • Regularly check service areas, storage rooms, and corridors.
  • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning work and any other projects.
  • Manage and train room attendants and other team members to ensure the desired performance is achieved.
  • Efficiently manage inventory control and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide outstanding service to guests, including special guest requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.
Job Requirements:
To successfully fill this position, you must maintain a position, behaviors, skills, and values that align with the following:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory cleaning role.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
