Job opportunity as Branch Manager at Dar Makkah Engineering Consulting Company
We are looking for an experienced civil or architectural engineer to join our team in Medina. This role will lead the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the achievement of financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure the achievement of financial and operational goals.
  • Develop strategies to improve performance and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and guide employees to ensure the highest levels of performance.
  • Analyze sales data and financial reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance collaboration and increase sales.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Provide periodic reports to senior management on branch performance and achieved results.
  • Identify and apply marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Resolve problems and challenges that may face daily operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Motivate the team and promote a positive work environment that enhances productivity and creativity.

Required Skills:
  • At least 10 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide the team.
  • Deep understanding of the local market and customer needs.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
