Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project accounting activities in accordance with company policies.
• Handle the daily transactions data entry on the system, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
• Manage financial accounting for projects, including monitoring and reporting systems.
• Generate financial reports using expenditure data.
• Invoice third parties and handle payment of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze employee expenditures and manage expenditure accounts.
• Handle the transfer of cash and checks from the company treasury.
• Prepare cheques or make cash payments for approved expenditures or refunds.
• Arrange and manage petty cash.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Finance or Accounting field.
• Must be Saudi.
