Job Title: Purchasing Specialist at Al Rayyan Company.

Job Description: The job requires assessing the needs and requirements of various organizational units for materials, conducting market surveys to achieve the best purchase prices from suppliers, and supervising the receipt of bids from service providers and evaluating them. It also includes building a database of material prices and suppliers and preparing specialized documents and reports related to sales and presenting them.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assessing the needs of organizational units for materials and setting purchasing priorities.
  • Conducting specialized studies and analyses and market surveys to ensure the best prices.
  • Supervising the receipt of bids from suppliers and evaluating them.
  • Building a database of material prices and suppliers.
  • Preparing documents and reports related to sales.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or Sales Management.
  • Preferred to obtain the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification.

Required Skills:
  • Advanced skills in procurement regulations, research, supervision, and report preparation.
  • Skills in finding grants, consulting, and assessing needs.
