We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to become a valuable part of our hospitality team at Catrion Group in Medina, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service for our passengers and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement directives from the Regional Manager and ensure staff compliance.
• Supervise daily operations and enhance the company image by delivering high-quality service.
• Monitor passenger access and ensure lounge security.
• Accept eligible passengers per lounge policy and provide outstanding customer service.
• Submit daily reports like passenger statistics and shift handover documentation.
• Organize and maintain operational files and respond to passenger feedback promptly.
• Report discrepancies and operational issues immediately.
• Manage cash sales for lounge entrance fees and ensure timely remittance.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure all lounge facilities are well-maintained.
• Participate in team-building activities and assist in resolving staff concerns.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prepare business proposals and development plans.
